Terms of Service

The Arihant Sales app is a private B2B platform for authorised retail partners and staff of Arihant Sales. Accounts are created after identity (KYC) verification and approval.

Prices shown are dealer prices, adjusted by your assigned tier, and are inclusive of GST or other statutory taxes as applicable. All prices and stock are subject to change without notice. We may cancel or modify any order at our discretion, including for stock or pricing errors.

Orders may be placed on approved credit terms or via advance payment. Advance payments are made to the bank/UPI details shown in the app. Credit limits and dues are reflected in your ledger.

You agree to keep your login secure, provide accurate information, and use the platform only for legitimate business with Arihant Sales. Misuse may result in suspension.

The service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, Arihant Sales is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the platform.
