Arihant Sales(“we”, “us”) operates a B2B ordering platform for our authorised retail partners. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your choices. By using our app or contacting us on WhatsApp, you agree to this policy.

1. Information we collect

  • Business & contact details — firm name, owner name, mobile number, email, GSTIN, store address and location.
  • KYC documents — Aadhaar, PAN, owner selfie and storefront photo, collected only to verify a retailer/salesman during onboarding, as required by law.
  • Order & payment data — products ordered, amounts, payment confirmation screenshots, and ledger balances.
  • Usage data — device type and activity needed to operate and secure the service.

2. How we use it

  • To verify your identity and create/maintain your account.
  • To process and fulfil orders, generate invoices, and manage credit/ledgers.
  • To communicate with you about orders, payments, and support — including via WhatsApp where you have opted in.
  • To comply with tax, accounting, and other legal obligations.

3. WhatsApp communication

We may send you order confirmations, dispatch updates, payment reminders, and support messages on WhatsApp using the number you provide. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP or contacting us at cs@arihantsales.co.in.

4. Data sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers who help us operate (e.g. secure cloud hosting and accounting), and with authorities where required by law. KYC documents are stored privately and accessed only by authorised staff for verification.

5. Data retention & security

We retain information for as long as your account is active and as required by law, then delete or anonymise it. Documents are kept in encrypted, access-controlled storage.

6. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information by emailing cs@arihantsales.co.in.
